Joomee focuses on the development and production of LED Light products for customers all over the world. Our company has been approved by the TUV BSCI authority for ISO9001: Quality Management System Certification。

Our main products include brilliant yet efficient flexible LED Strip Lights, Neon Strip, LED Strip Kit. All of these lighting products are certified by CE,ROHS,FCC, TUV GS, EMC.

We always hold the production principle that we should be responsible for our customer by creating led products with high quality and cheaper price. The total area of our subsidiary factories is about 5000 square meters, and we have more than 200 employees.

Experience
Ever since we were founded in 2012, we have been gathering experience in LED supermarket marketing. To facilitate LED marketing, we provide LED parts kits to combine with delicate package designs and products.

Customer service

We not only have lots of self-designed and private items, but also offer customized products.

· On the receipt of the customer’s sample/product drawing, we will hand them immediately to our engineering staff to make analysis on the bill of materials and draw the design.

· Usually, finish the design within 7-10 days and hold a video call for sample confirmation before sending it to our customer.

· After the samples being confirmed and signed, we will implement the detailed production instruction based on the samples and will follow a production period of 20-25 days.

· During the production period, we will provide a weekly updated production schedule to our customer. Also keep in connection with the customers let them know the schedule of the products.

After sales service

· Warranty: Usually, the life expectancy of different products varies from 1-2 years. Customized products also have 3/5years warranty.

· After-sales solution: If the customer found any problems on the receipt of the product, please send back samples to us and we will arrange professional engineers to verify deficiencies found in the products. If that is the case, we’ll replace the product for free as soon as possible.
